Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be designing entire sales strategies for all the verticals, thereafter developing a strong sales team on PAN India Basis.
- Achievement of the Sales Revenue Plan - In Total, by Sales Group, by Sales Territories & Customer to meet or exceed company goals.
- Ensures reporting sales team designs and executes effective business plans linked to the overall business strategy; directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices to expand market share
- Drives to meet top-line targets and recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Review the sales performance of each primary product group category to determine the successful performance of each, or determine the needed root cause/countermeasure analysis, responsible for the ultimate execution of the countermeasures and actions.
- Develops close relationships with key customers throughout the field sales territories and works with each region to help close critical sales opportunities.
- Developing new customers.
- Manages the goal deployment as well as participating in the monthly policy deployment process by presenting the insights discovered through analytics and assembling those insights into a consistent message.
- Ensures that an effective sales training and development program is in place to help each representative progress in their overall capabilities.
- Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives, and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with Marketing.
- Prepare business plans inclusive of market sizing, SWOT analysis, and market projections.
- Attends field-based sales meetings, client meetings, and industry meetings and expositions as required.
- Able to prepare and deliver impactful executive-level presentations, ad-hoc analyses, and special assignments as required
