We are recruiting General Manager - Sales at New Delhi with a Rescue Equipment Manufacturing organization dealing with Govt / Defence / PSU Sectors.
The ideal candidate should be a highly experienced professional to Lead Sales and Business Development Team dealing with the Govt / PSUs / Defence Sectors.
The Organization: Established in 1985 & Manufacturing the state-of-the-art Quality and Innovative products including Rescue Equipment, Fire Fighting & Lighting Equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Sales and Business Development for Products including Rescue Equipment, Fire Fighting & Lighting Equipment.
- Driving growth through business opportunities with Govt and Defense Organizations, particularly within the Indian Army, Paramilitary Forces, and DRDO.
- Leverage platforms like GeM (Government e-Marketplace) to generate Leads for Sales and BD.
- Fostering strong relationships with key officers across Government and Defence Sectors through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Managing the Sales pipeline, generating leads, and ensuring the products and services are effectively integrated into Govt / PSUs Procurement Processes.
- Take a lead role in crafting proposals, presentations, and business materials that support the development of new and existing business opportunities.
- Manage the existing Sales pipeline while actively seeking new business opportunities within Govt entities, specifically Defense establishments such as the Indian Army (various Commands, MGO HQRs, DRDO, Ordnance Factories), Police Forces, Prisons, and Paramilitary Forces.
