GM Sales (Key Account Management) - Leading Telecom Industry - Pune
Job Responsibilities :
1. Managing each team members plan for the territory so focus is on the right areas, generating large deals, ability to convert an opportunity into a larger transformational deal including multiple products & services and then working the opportunities until they close.
2. Working these deals will include understanding clients requirements, working with solutions and specialist teams to create the appropriate solution, selling the value proposition to the customer and negotiating with the customer.
3. Works with partners & OEMs, alliances, ISVs in the region to address customer requirements.
4. Interacts internally and externally with executive management requiring negotiation of difficult matters to influence.
5. Contributes to strategic and tactical planning for the region of Pune & Gujarat.
6. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff.
7. Manages revenue base in the region and targets YoY growth.
Desired Skill sets :1. Has significant experience (~ 15 years) in managing Enterprise accounts
2. Experience in sales motion cadence associated with forecasting, SFDC management, pipeline/funnel build
3. Extensive experience in building executive relationships with key customer stakeholders
4. Expertise in drafting a Go to market plan/ customer acquisition strategy
5. Should have worked with technology service companies (telecom, hardware, software, application, cloud services) in an account management role.
6. Preferable Industry : SI or Telecom or Technology (Telecom Vertical)
7. Bachelors and/or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent preferred.
We would need an experience of 15+ years in Enterprise sales experience who are big hitters & have been in a team management & handling large accounts, large enterprises, team handling, handling big alliances / OEMs
