Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities (You'll be improving and responsible for):
1. Speaking to prospective clients and learning their unique requirements
2. Explaining and sharpening value-proposition, to influence decision makers
3. Strategizing individual sales pipeline along with the manager
4. Anticipating the challenges in sales and solving for them proactively for their own accounts, along with the manager
5. Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings
6. Act as a strong contributor to company's sales engine
Requirements:
1. Strategically and consistently overachieving sales targets, with an experience of 3-6 years
2. Knows how to influence critical clients and stakeholders. Have sold products to CXOs in the past
3. Background in insurance or insurtech industry is mandatory
4. "Hunger" to achieve, inherently persistent, passion for working for a startup
5. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
6. Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets
7. Experience in EB products in insurance is mandatory
