Objective:
- Develop and drive implementation of sales strategy for Enterprise team for sub-regions as assigned.
- Ensure month on month delivery of OB and revenue targets for core network services and growth services which includes UCC, Cloud and Hosting & Security Services through a designated team of account managers.
- Organize and guide team on sales delivery, service assurance, churn management and revenue realization of Enterprise Accounts.
- Develop and deploy marketing initiatives to grow sales.
- Drive development of technical solutions to support sales via various online platforms and tools.
- Ensuring revenue increase and profitability of segment within the sub-region.
- Improving market positioning and taking lead in organizing executive round tables and partner or OEM alignment within the segment.
- Be responsible for Net Promoter Score of 70 within the assigned set of enterprise accounts.
- Drive self-certification of team members on various online tools and platforms available.
- Driving at the fore front senior level relationship within the Enterprise accounts at C level.
- Maximizing operational efficiency around processes within segment sales and strategy.
