This opening is for Hyderabad location for GM-Sales.
Looking for candidates from Industry either from Hospital or Medical Equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the revenue generation & leads to the hospital. To achieve targets in scheduled time.
- Recruit/ Build teams and ensure attrition management and effective ROI from team members, also responsible for planning effective career growth and delegate responsibility to nurture their growth.
- Business Planning & Development for short term and long term gains.
- Ensure competence of personnel as per competency matrix,and review performance every month.
- To Evaluate and analyse the targeted areas.
- To initiate, build, nurture and manage the relationship with key corporate/Referral doctors and network hospital majorly in the Multi Super Specialty segments.
- To conduct various brand building and visibility related activities in surrounding areas, associations to improve footfalls,meet internal doctors for their suggestions to improve footfalls.
- To organize and monitor various health talks, health camps in corporate houses /network hospitals.
- To Plan and Organize Innovative Campaigns to Increase Referral and Brand Awareness
- Conduct health camps.
