The ideal candidate will possess a track record of success in hunting for new business opportunities and engaging with prospects. They should demonstrate a disciplined sales approach, adept at managing pipelines and ensuring CRM accuracy. We value individuals who are driven by results and thrive in B2B sales within the insurance sector.
Core Responsibilities :
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique needs
- Refine and communicate the Company's value proposition
- Provide feedback to enhance product offerings
- Independently manage and forecast the sales pipeline
- Deliver presentations on Company benefits to CXOs and senior executives
- Maintain constant communication with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve the sales pipeline's quality
- Ensure high responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process
- Proactively seek out new leads and business opportunities
Job Requirements :
Expertise & Qualification :
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the insurance broking industry
- Proficiency in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and sales pipeline management
- Prior experience in hunting, acquiring new clients, and closing sales
- Experience selling to Founders, CHROs & HR teams, or CFOs & Finance teams is advantageous
- Consistent achievement of assigned sales targets
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Disciplined approach to CRM updating
