- Develop, Plan, Implement and Manage all Sales & Distribution activities to ensure Revenue & Sales objectives for all lines of business:
- Drive gross additions, Quality sales matrices, Base management & Compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions.
- Focus on VAS, Mamo and other Revenue drivers
- Review distribution health & take necessary actions to drive width & depth of distribution.
- Drive data revenues
- Develop and Implement the Own Retail Stores and ensure implementation of ARC/AEO/ASC through-out the country.
- Provide Regular Assessment, Devise and Implement actions/activities to upgrade sales competence in the zone and Develop, Coach, Mentor the Sales team.
- Build alternate Sales Channel to ensure consumer reach as the best in the industry
- Manage the sales and distribution cost of the country within budget
Major Challenges :
- Driving cross-functional teams through planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers and Net Revenue for the country .
