General Manager - Sales Head - Mineral Industry

- Responsible for directing and utilising the mineral processing team to ensure sales is effective.

- Periodically present current and long-range plans and objectives for the MP team

- Identify opportunities for Product/Project and services and coordinate sales activities to attract enquires.

- Ensures the soundness of estimates and commercial negotiations by reviewing projects regularly with staff.

- Ensures that proper and accurate information is made available to stakeholders, as required.

- Examines economic and market trends and conditions effecting staff and support levels and takes appropriate action in this regard.

- Represents the Company in its relationships with major customers, government bodies, professional societies, and similar groups.

- Design and implement systems to ensure effective management and control.

- Ensure that Engineering is provided with necessary tools and information to support the Product/project area objectives and orders.

- Attend industry or product seminars where deemed appropriate.

- Ensure that goals and objectives are always in conformance with overall Company objectives.

- Build high level connects with top as well as mid-size customers

- To coordinate with the concerned Business Line on various technical aspects of product/projects
