- MUST have AT least 12 years of successful experience selling IT Services sales in the Domestic and international Market with a proven track record and excellent sales and account management credentials.

- An in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the IT services industry

- Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling tech services.

- Extensive experience in direct selling of IT solution services

- Successfully pursued business that supports core services such as Turnkey projects, Digital Transformation Services and manage services across different technology platforms.

- Strong understanding of fixed-cost pricing models and experience negotiating contracts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective RFP management.

- Established a network of business contacts in Tech Services/Solutions.

- Experience in selling Technology Solutions to enterprise clients in Digital Solutions/Transformation, Cloud Engineering, Systems Integration, Full-stack Applications Development, DevOps Automation, QA, Onsite/Offshore IT Service Delivery, IT Outsourcing and Remote IT Services.

- Ability to convince, handle objections, and close big-sized deals quickly.

- Maintaining contact and opportunity information complete, accurate, and prompt.

- Business conversion: Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing mid/large-sized business deals.

- Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.

- Must be both dynamic and proactive in the sales approach and be extremely solution-oriented.
