Looking for candidates from Gujarat
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales top line revenue of approx. 600 Cr and increase market share.
- Strategic planning and implementation of AOP target to prioritize and execute the tasks in order to achieve targeted PBT.
- Prepare budget, sales projections and sets objectives for BU and assigned products.
- Develops and executes full GTM strategy and engagement programs for Urban and Rural markets.
- Handle multi functions such as resource planning, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Operations.
- Drives sales effort, responsible for increasing and tracking company market share
- Create harmonious work environment, train and mentor team and motivate them to perform efficiently.
- Versatile experience of 18 to 20 yrs with an hardcore sales exposure preferably from FMCG/Telecom industry/Consumer appliances/electronics.
