Client: Our client is one of the well known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.
General Manager- Sales
Location: UP
- Build a profitable partnership with franchise based on mutually beneficial goals and objectives
- Ensure joint development of 3 year strategic plans and Annual Business plan.
- Drive and achieve stipulated volumes and market share to gain over competition
- Act as the company representative at the vendor location to guide on company directives
- Drive and achieve stipulated category wise volumes and market share to gain over competition
- Build strong partnerships with the National key accounts and ensure development & execution of marketing plans & promotions.
- Communicate with consumer marketing and region marketing to ensure total system alignment on development and execution of marketing plans, products, programs and services
- Accountable for joint planning and implementation of relevant marketing.
- Collaborate with Region Marketing & brand managers on key category and brand opportunities in select channels
We are seeking candidates from FMCG only.
Education:
- MBA from Top B School with minimum 8-13 years in Sales & Distribution, Operations, Marketing
