1. Driving Business growth and Market Share by focusing General, Retail and Channel Environment
2. Lead the Sales of health product business with P&L responsibility - Pan India
3. Conceptualizing and executing selling strategies for relevant product categories
4. Devising/Implementation & Evaluating Sales Strategies
5. Devising strategies & plans/ monitoring Logistics to ensure ready availability of stock at the stockist and trade level.
6. Stock forecasting and evaluating channels to drive business growths/market share
7. Revamping and replacements of stockist to ensure better market hygiene and effective working
8. Align with Marketing and trade marketing on activation to help achieve business objectives.
9. Responsible for aligning activities to enhance off takes across channels.
10. Set and achieve key performance targets for: sales, delivery, cost, expenses and other measurements of operational performance;
11. Support and lead company products sales, growth and continuous cost & quality improvements in the business;
12. Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels;
13. Ensure timely collection of company's money from the market.
14. Understand the risk associate with business including sales, operations, finance and people. Able to devise and implement plans to mitigate the risk for smooth process
15. Timely update and present competitors- activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc to the top management.
16. Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to Executive Management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement
17. Conducting Training Programs for Sales Officers to enhance their Selling & Soft skills
