Designation : General Manager - Sales - FMCG - Tamil Nadu & Kerala
Location : Tamil Nadu & Kerala - Based at Chennai
Company : A well known, leading and a No. 1 Edible Oil Brand(Consumer pack) holding No.1 market share in the South, is looking for young, Intellect and energetic leaders, willing to take challenges in Building the brand to the next Level. The company is looking at a major expansion wants to have a PAN India presence.
Responsibilities :
- Customize Sales and distribution strategies for specific markets
- Expand the market both in width and depth
- Ensure High level penetrations and service levels through channel of distributors
- Manage a team of RSMs, ASM's and Sales officers
Role expectations:
- This role demands Strategic contributions apart from ensuring the Sales from the team highly challenging, hence, demands high level of leadership qualities.
Academic Requirements : Full time MBA - Reputed Tier 1 and Tier 2 schools
Max. Age Limit : 40 years
Experience- : 12 - 18 years
Industry Experience : FMCG Foods and Beverages
- Channel Experience: Excellent in General Trade, Modern Trade would be an added advantage
Distribution : Should have handled mass distribution, experience in managing business in below 1 Lacs population towns
Geographical exposure : All major districts of Tamil Nadu
Team handling experience : Already managing a team of RSM's & ASM's.
