Description :

- Complete responsibility of P&L

- Ability of define, track and improve key metrics

- Formulate the business plan and execute sales strategy

- Ability to manage and lead a team of 50+ sales and inside sales members

Profile :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the sales

- Experience in managing P&L for a BU

- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team

- Must be a driven and visionary leader
