- Key responsibilities encompass managing the order book pipeline, formulating strategies for long-term and annual plans, achieving year-on-year growth, and overseeing profitability and P/L management.
- The role involves nationwide monitoring of Sales & Marketing performance, conducting regular customer visits to enhance awareness of new products, and establishing strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and defense organizations.
- The General Manager is expected to define performance expectations for the sales & marketing team, review and monitor team performance, and continuously assess and develop a high-performing team.
- Additional responsibilities include recommending policy initiatives, exploring new product partnerships, and innovative approaches to strengthen the company's leadership position.
- Competencies sought include technical knowledge of Analog & Digital Avionic systems, strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, understanding of Open Architecture systems, inclination towards continuous improvement, knowledge in planning and costing, and proficiency in negotiation, influencing, persuasive, and team motivation skills.
- The role involves working on Techno-commercial Defense Electronics proposals.
