General Manager - Sales COE Practice
Summary:-
As a Sales COE Practice Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to enhance our sales capabilities and drive revenue growth for the sales processes we undertake for our end clients. As part of Sales COE, you will be leading the COE initiatives, setting Sales COE Framework, streamlining sales processes, standardizing practices, creating a Sales Playbook, building and deploying technologies and tools, and setting up a competitive advantage factor for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Development: Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to create and refine Sales COE Practices. Develop, Document, and standardize Sales Strategies and Practices across all the business verticals in the Organization
- Develop clear workflows, checklists, and best practices to guide the sales accounts
- Design and refine inside-out practices: Hiring, Training, and Operational processes
- Design and refine outside-in practices: Lead sourcing, Lead generation, Lead fulfillment, conversion
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making. Utilize various analytics tools and reporting to provide insights that support sales strategies.
- Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to streamline sales workflows.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for evaluating the success and impact of Sales COE practices. Regularly monitor and report on the progress of these KPIs.
- Foster strong and trusted partnerships with various internal stakeholders and client organizations ensuring alignment and seamless integration of Sales COE practices.
- Support sales teams in applying Sales COE practices by providing tools, resources, and guidance. Create and maintain a repository of sales collateral, templates, and best practice guides.
- Administer and manage Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal tech teams and build new alliances with technology providers in building advanced tools and practices
- Leading and managing Sales COE projects end to end
- Continuously measure the return on investment (ROI) for Sales COE activities to ensure they contribute to the company's profitability and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate). Master's degree would be an added. advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Knowledge of sales technologies and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Project management expertise.
- Proven experience of fostering and building Alliances with new age technology solution providers
- Sound understanding of Digital Marketing Technologies and techniques to generate and convert leads
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Understanding of Tele sales technologies such as Dialers, Dialing logics, campaign management, tele sales workflows, CRM, CDP would be an added advantage
