- Will be responsible for P/L Pan India (predominantly South India) for Sales
Job Description :
- Responsible for achieving defined sales targets and growth both in terms of revenue and profitability
- Participate in Defining and Executing corporate sales strategies
- Conduct marketplace research
- Identify and enlarge Customers/Clients Base in Commercial space
- Customize and Deliver service offerings to prospects and Customers/ Clients (into FMCG and any other manufacturing companies
- Network and Establish Business Relationships with the Top Management, preferably SCM across identified Industry Verticals (Target Top 500 Companies in India @ Level of CEO/CXO, Director/Head - SCM)
- Develop pricing and business models based on customers/ Client's needs.
- Proactively respond and follow-up on customers/ Clients needs resulting in Customer/ Client Delight.
- Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal.
- Collate and Analyze MIS to augment Sales Strategy.
- Responsible for timely and accurate first invoicing AR collections and bad debts resolution
Requirements:
- Should have strong presentation skills
- Should have strong market knowledge of Real Estate and should be able to give advisory role to management
- Should be able to generate ideas and innovation at work
- Should have Client Management skills
- Should have good oral & written communication skills
- Should have strong negotiation skills
- Should be able to negotiate lease agreements
- Should know IPCs, brokers & potential clients
- Should be able to support marketing team for branding / launch / exhibition activities
