The incumbent would be responsible for the Sales of new relationships with White Label ATMs in the Banking industry. He/She would be responsible for the performance of all Sales activities PAN India.
1. One will be responsible for development of strategies for managing existing White Label ATMs Sales (co-branding of ATMs) business.
2. In addition, managing TPA (Third Party Advertising) activities and growing share of wallet with existing and new customers
3. He/She should also establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
What we are looking for?
1. Someone who has strong experience of selling to a bank, someone who has sold to branch banking individuals.
2. We are open to looking for people from the ATM industry.
Major Activities
Sales & Business Development:
- Responsible for Sales and managing & developing target customer relationships
- Responsible for achieving organizations revenue growth plans
- Devise and Implement Sales Strategies nationally. Participate in strategic negotiations with key clients for closing deals.
- Develop networks with customers, industry peers and consultants to find & assess possible opportunities & new channels to market
- Lead and drive BD activities through deal negotiations & closure by working closely with product management and marketing team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop relationships with people at all levels of management/operations of customer organization;
- Manage customer satisfaction through their life cycle; Handle escalations raised by customers and ensure its closure through interactions with internal teams.
Team Management
- No of Direct Reports would be 3 to begin with and would go to a max. of 5 6 individuals
- Total Team Strength Pan India would be 10 Members
- Provide support to team where required for opportunity closure
- Discuss opportunity pipeline and opportunity mining; Identify need for resource support for specific opportunities
- Track process adherence by team and provide feedback to team/individuals as required;
- Drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues.
a) Requisite Skills:
Technical
- Good business acumen
- Excellent Sales experience
- Good knowledge of ATM/BFSI industry
- Requisite experience in business development of product/solutions sold in Payments Industry
- Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics/requirements
- Good contacts in banking industry would be preferred
- Should have good financial acumen
- Knowledge of mobile banking, tele-banking & other alternate channels will be preferred
Behavioral
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work in teams
- Should have good mentoring and coaching skills to develop team members
- Should be able to make people accountable and deliverable
b) Work Experience
11-18 yrs of experience in solutions selling / institutional sales to banks in BFSI, payment industry.
