Post Graduates (MBA) with Experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in Automobile Industry with excellent communication Skills and having excellent networking with OEM's and would be responsible for :
Business Development :
- Identifying and developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve business growth.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
- Carrying out product costing and negotiation for right pricing.
- Utilizing the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
Key Account Management :
- Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations with effective verbal and written communication skills, deep study of the market dynamics.
- Taking initiatives in building long term relationships with all the OEM's and getting RFQs, follow-ups, Trails and closing RFQ's.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Sales & Marketing :
- Building systems to track customer's needs, formulating marketing strategies to build customers preference and driving sales volumes by improving OEM's market share.
- Tracking the Competition activities with the OEM's and advising appropriate sales action plan to achieve the Market Leadership position with the OEM's.
- Continuously improving Market share level with key accounts in line with overall strategy.
- Establishing goals, forecasts and developing business plans for the achievement of these goal.
