General Manager - Sales - Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient

Looking to hire a GM Sales for a growing API company in Hyderabad.

The role required to set up businesses in Domestic as well International market.

Candidate only from Pharma Industry having exp in API should apply.

Role includes KRA but not limited to :

- Business development, Marketing in International and Domestic market for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.

- Responsible for Identifying the business potential for the APIs in our portfolio, initiating the product qualifications, registrations and thereafter commercialization.

- Responsible for year-on-year growth in the territory

- Responsible for maintaining the profitability of the sales in this territory.

- Sound understanding of the regulatory framework

- Setting up teams for respective geography

- Developing, mentoring team members

- Knowledge and relationships with the customers, distributors and agencies in domestic and international market.

- Develop marketing collateral to promote company awareness using tools such as product brochures, website and trade show materials.

Essential Qualification : MBA (Marketing)

Essential Experience: Minimum experience of at least 10 years in API industry.

Should have handled API Sales into the MENA, LATAM and European markets.
