General Manager - Retrofit/Renovation Program Manager

Title of the position - Program Manager

Designation - GM

This is a Retrofit Manager position therefore the person should be good at handling renovation work as this will be for malls upgradation and few other projects.

Requirements -

- Must have good exposure of doing Brownfield projects in 5 star hotels / malls

- Good understanding on MEP design and implementation and maintenance of the same

- Should have done few mall/resi/office/retail (large scale end to end) - Overall rectification major scale/retrofitting/revamp etc.

- Design coordination concept to GFC incl BOQ

- Concept Budget, Procurement (contractor/vendor) mgmt

- Construction Mgmt and handover mgmt.

- Excellent stake holder mgmt. capabilities to get the things done

- Overall project management skills incl excellent in word/excel/power point/MSP, written communication and good presentation skills to mgmt
