Role Description :
Responsible for managing the complete product life cycle for the retail segment right from business development and partner meetings, ideation, product design, product approval & launch. Also responsible for product performance and adherence to standard operating processes agreed for product development and maintenance.
Responsibility :
- Business Development and partner relationships
- Manage the New Product Development (NPD) process
- Regular assessment of products to ensure that they fulfill the needs of the chosen target segment and are performing as per business case
- Performance of various products w.r.t. claims, channels, productivity etc.
Requirements:
- Management Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience of dealing with distribution partners and insurance sector
- Superior project management skills for product launches and - Go To Market-
- Conversant with File & Use documentation of IRDAI
