We are looking for a GM Manager Resort Marketing for a leading hospitality group.
This role will be tasked with driving revenues of Key Resorts, Launch New Resorts and Drive New Products towards strategic and commercial outcome.
Job Profile:
- Is the key performance marketing manager for all strategic products and services of the group and will be held responsible in conjunction with respective departments for their delivering on agreed to KPIs.
- Will be primarily responsible for marketing and promotions of all hotels and resorts at the group and Nature Trails.
- Coordinate and lead projects that are significant to Food & Beverage, Spa, Room Sales, MICE / Socials, Rooms, D&E, etc.
- Will be a key connect with the resorts for preparing the annual resort marketing calendar, resort pre-opening checklist, new destination marketing and promotional plans, resort recce reports with commercial plan including the product strategy, SWOT, pricing strategy in line with demand and supply assessments in tandem with Sales/ HSD teams, product performance presentations, resort content audits and other strategic and tactical documents necessary for commercial success of the units.
- Will be taking part in the new product's - business needs analysis, conduct market assessments for commercial and brand value growth in key markets for select resorts.
- Basis the plans, will align all key teams responsible in delivering as per the procedures and timelines aligned with the campaigns.
- Will work closely with communications head in ensuring the necessary information about the resorts, products, destinations, including by not limited to Spa, LOCAL restobar, etc. are communicated with all stakeholders internally and externally. Must ensure both teams comply with the approved plans to deliver within the stipulated budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Must ensure all marketing plans are realigned within SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound) process.
- Must build, share, and maintain standard operating procedures for the duties undertaken. Must ensure these standards are maintained by the team.
- Will ensure smooth coordination in work between Resort Marketing teams, regional / zonal marketing representatives and regional operations heads, general managers, F&B teams, Commercial and Sales head, thereby delivering with sense of responsibility and urgency.
- The position is highly interdependent with Finance for budget planning and approvals, projects for new resort plans, corporate legal for brand's nomenclatures or signature offerings, with regional VP's and General Manager, signage and branding related vendors for design, fabrications of resort signages, and the Managing Director and Chairperson.
- Must work closely with the Brand team to get appropriate communication devised / alliances created / new products developed to ensure successful delivery of agreed upon KPIs
Requirement:
Qualification: MBA/ PGDM
- Must have hospitality marketing experience
- 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience
