General Manager Residential Sales
Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 10 - 12 Years
- Revenue generation through Residential Transaction management in the geographic location
- Primary Developer Sales for select luxury projects
- Developing and maintaining Builder relationships in the region and generate Promotion Campaigns and Special Offers
- Empanelment with brokers in and around the assigned territory and deal closure as per the revenue targets
- Organizing marketing activities, events in coordination with the marketing team to create awareness of various properties, thus generating a greater number of leads Acquire & Manage HNIs lead generation through own contacts / various marketing activities
- Client Management, Client sourcing
- Identifying Projects which can be worked upon as exclusive mandates
- Recruit an internal team of Sales Team Managers and executive to drive revenue target
To apply one must have:
- Knowledge and Experience of Gurgaon Residential Real Estate
- Minimum relevant experience of 10 years and above
- Sales oriented focus with a strong background on B2C sales, from Real Estate residential sales, relocation rms, hospitality sales, luxury brand sales
