Purpose :
- To assist the organization in the pursuit of being an achieving organization by providing best in class Employ-ability support by Identifying & acquiring new clients, making proposal & presentation, negotiation, relationship management and Tracking P&L for the accounts handled.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out & connect with Corporate and PSU's, to get associated for Staffing opportunities as well as placement of Skilled candidates, skilled under various Skill Development projects across India.
- Build and nurture strong relationship with reputed Indian and Foreign Placement agencies for placement of Skilled candidates.
- Identify and negotiate strategic tie-ups, partnerships and alliances.
- Planning, forecasting and validating the Employability needs and mapping it with the internal requirement Client requirement & Skilled available talent pool.
- Conduct competition analysis by keeping abreast of market trend and competition moves to achieve market share metrics through appropriate tactical measure.
- To ensure high quality of service by coordinating with other stakeholders.
- Mentoring, coaching, developing the team to higher professional maturity and competence
- Creating Brand TOMA
Salary Range: 8-12 LPA
