Job Description :
- Understanding the organization's talent needs and crafting an efficient talent acquisition strategy to meet the business demands.
- Lead, manage, mentor, empower and develop a highly-skilled team.
- Understanding the workforce planning and talent forecasting and collaborating with the RMG team to fulfill the talent demands.
- Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are continuously improved and meet the business requirements incorporating the best recruitment practices of the industry.
- Build a diverse sourcing strategy with vendor network and alternated modes of hiring like recruitment process outsourcing, alternate profiles, contractual staffing, and leveraging the gig workforce.
- Use alternative sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and social media.
- Ensure compliance and due diligence for Recruitment partners/ consultant selection and onboarding and define review mechanism to measure their performance.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining key recruitment metrics/analytics and presenting them at a defined frequency to all stakeholders.
- Seeks to listen, to understand the business needs, and consistently drive high levels of service and delivery, nurturing stakeholder relationships and partnering with them for forecasting and talent planning.
- Ensuring comprehensive candidate communication consistent with the organization culture, vision, projects, capabilities, strategic focus, development opportunities, and compensation and benefits.
- Constantly evaluate and improve candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Manage cost containment and cost savings initiatives impacting recruitment contracts, agencies, and consultants.
- Bring in automation to make hiring a seamless experience for candidates and businesses. Utilizes applicant tracking system, job boards, niche sites, and recruiting process for proper tracking of recruiting metrics.
- Work with the Marketing team to build the Employer brand for the Organisation.
- Campus Relations - Devise & implement campus hiring strategy & build effective relationships across target colleges - Ensure hiring of Trainees to build talent pipeline - Own onboarding program for Interns and trainees
Expected proficiencies :
- Experience in managing accelerated ramp-up of resources in volume across Data and Digital technologies in aggressive timelines (including Just-in-time needs)
- Hands-on experience in managing the Recruitment functions in India (For both permanent hiring & contractual roles).
- Good understanding of IT business & Technology landscape.
- Hands-on experience in Technical/Functional calibration of IT requirements of Data and Digital technology stacks.
- Should be good in defining recruitment strategy.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on candidates and competitor data for identifying key talent & headhunting of key leadership /strategic / technology roles.
- Should have experience in building team competence and confidence.
- Lead and coach team members.
- Build organization brand and position as an employer of choice for both recruitment and contracting
- Plan, organize, promote various channels of hiring
- Collation and presentation of reports and analytics to Senior leadership teams.
- Manage key relationships with Business Unit leaders for a smooth transition & timely fulfillment of the hiring requirements
