JD :
- Prepare sourcing plans basis requirements and monitor progress against plan.
- Should have ability to do manpower planning in consultations with HODs.
- Create JDs.
- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates till a Manager level.
- Handle 20-25 open positions at any given team, with help of recruitment team.
- Manage performance of sourcing executives
- Plan sourcing communication and promotions.
- Improve recruitment process and sourcing effectiveness.
- Implement effective process to ensure best-in-class candidate experience .
