Qualifications:

- Proven experience (6+ years) in the real estate industry, with a strong track record of success in sales and leadership roles.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics, including pricing trends, competitive landscape, and local regulations.
