Job Description:
- Plan successful marketing & advertising strategies, target and develop new customers, bring more business, and successfully handle HNI acquisition.
- Expand customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques.
- Provide information on the Commercial, Residential and Retail Property Market.
- Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization.
- Keep up-to-date on issues and trends affecting real estate related compliance and statutory norms in India & other countries of operations and ensure that standards and norms are used to the organization’s benefit.
- Request and research surveys to interpret data on property values across all locations in order to identify and propose new sites for setting up.
- Develop Real Estate policies that lead to more effective asset utilization, improve service performance and reduce total real estate costs.
- Focus on building sales team, identifying inefficiencies, implementing and refining sales process.
- Understand, translate and implement best real estate practices, whilst continuously monitoring and evaluating price trends in the market.
- Coordinate and manage project launch through interfacing with multiple internal departments.
- Manage inventory through effective use of business system. Knowledge of software tool being used by the company.
- Conceptualizing, implementing and monitoring schemes to incentivize Channel Partners & Sales Personnel.
- Oversee general management of the business, utilizing business and management principles involved in strategic planning, human resource modeling, and leadership technique.
- To provide feedback on potential sales & operating issues to the management.
- Developing & Executing PR & Communication Strategy (Media / Brochures / Website / Walk-Thru / Leverage Touch Points)
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization)
- 9-13 yrs of experience with minimum 5-7 years in real estate.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the real estate business, polices, practices.
- Ability and experience, in building and handling a large sales team.
- Be the ‘Profit Centre Head’ of the company.
- Excellent expertise in pre-sales, direct sales, corporate sales, foreign sales and NRI clients, handling channel partners and large broker network.
- Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and inter personal skills.
- Committed and results oriented.
