Urgently looking out for Quality Excellence Manager with minimum 12 years experience. The incumbent must be well versed with various quality methodologies. Must be good at Planning & organizing and have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
Responsibilities :
- To set up Product Quality process - pre product finalization
- Vendor Assessment, Evaluation & rating system
- Ensuring correct measurement of quality standard across all the categories
- Recommend & deploy product quality tools for productivity augmentation
- Pre fulfillment quality check across vendor locations and warehouse
- Identification & documentation of critical business processes.
- Identification & closure of process non conformity
- Building up the process from the scratch.
- Publish monthly CTQ dashboards
- Conceive & deliver Quality Awareness Programs
- Identify opportunity for cost management program.
- Continually update self knowledge on competition activities, industry news & business insights.
- Call Center Quality processes
