Urgent Hiring with the Infrastructure Based Industry for the Position of General Manager(QA/QC) for the Gurgaon Location

Job Title: General Manager(QA/QC)

Reports To: CEO

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 18-20 Years

Qualification:- Graduate in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical)

Budget:- Upto 45 LPA

Key Deliverable Expectation

- Custodian for SISS / EFKON India's IMS

- Ensure IMS compliance across projects and functions.

- Match EFKON / SISS India processes with ISO and other evolving standards

- Developing quality procedures, standards, and specifications for SISS/ EFKON India

- Coordinate the certification process with external audit agencies.

- Define, support and coordinate with project quality coordinators for various activities required to meet quality standards.

- Conducting internal audits and inspections on ISO standards and other quality standards

- Train the SISS / EFKON India team on quality standards and procedures such as

- FAT Plan & Procedure approvals

- Preparation of QA/QC formats for monitoring & evaluation

- Evaluation of Quality MIS reports of various projects

- Preparation, submission and approval of document
