A list of major duties, tasks, and responsibilities which the General Manager - Purchase is expected to perform are as mentioned Below :

- Purchase of all type of Raw, packing materials from overseas affiliates, local vendors.

- Planning, Procurement, Coordination with vendors about safety stock maintained at their end as per shared tentative plan.

- Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly Production Planning

- Responsible for the purchase budgeting and implementation as per the purchase budget.

- Responsible for production planning and execution as per the plan submit the Corrective and preventive action plans for all the lines including LPG stove, induction and mixer grinder.

- Responsible for the inventory control and action to be taken thereon.

- Inventory valuation and Budget v/s actual on monthly basis.

- Developing new supplier as per the cycle and take time calculation.

- Responsible for implementing all type of saving plans as per the R&D.

- Responsible for meeting all the requirement regarding material as per the ISO and ISI standards.
