- Work allocation to Design agency and Development team.

- Cost Control for supplies (FG & Spares parts) to ensure a positive Bottom-line.

- Product test plan finalization, product certifications & approvals.

- Handling Mould development and mould related quality issues.

- Procurement of all type of products either from India or China.

- Product scouting during the canton fair - China.

- Finalisation of product BOM.

- Price negotiation with all vendors - India/ China.

- Advance Planning Management.

- Inventory Management.
