General Manager - Projects - Infrastructure

ROLE:

The General Manager of projects will be responsible for overseeing the development of multiple infrastructure projects from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning: Planning projects, designing, and presenting to management

- Project Management: Supervise & monitor all projects' progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.

- Project execution: Overseeing and directing projects through all phases, including design, permitting, and construction

- Operational aspects: Create, own and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly

- Communication, documentation, Progress reporting

- Quality assurance

- Risk management

- Business development

- Client relationships

- Budget control
