Our client is searching for a results-oriented Head of Sales that will lead a team to drive sales. This incumbent will be responsible for driving Project Sales & Business development plan Pan- India. Product specification and aggressively reach out to customers.

This position reports directly to the Vice - President In this critical role the head of Sales will champion their customer engagement strategy and expand sales volume and profitability through strategic sales management of a strong team of Zonal heads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales team across India to drive revenue for the business.

- Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific region.

- Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, consultants, Contractors etc.).

- Handling Key accounts, sales planning, channel management, demand generation; deployment and management of sales team.

- Coach, mentors and teaches the sales team and drives the adoption of internal and external best practices.

- Measure and report on KPIs for the sales team.

- Implement pricing actions, processes & tools to inform sales decisions and create revenue opportunities, while ensuring our customer demands are met or exceeded.

- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.

- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Engineering, and Product Management to create the best customer experience possible.

- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales forecasts for volume and revenue.

Job Requirements:

- 15+ years in sales/account management in building materials, construction, tiles or related

- Demonstrated successful history of building and managing top performing sales teams

- Bachelor's Degree in business/engineering or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of sales management experience

- Experience in B2B Market (Corporate, Institution & Project sales) sensing &mapping from Building material industry only.

- Candidate should be handling corporate& project sales.
