GM-Program Strategy and Planning -
Role & Responsibility:
- Formulation of strategy, commercial model and project plan of the intelligence marketing business, including coalition loyalty, consumer engagement, campaigns and analytics
- Delivering strategic thinking and presentations on business, market, opportunities and project on a regular basis
- Leading project planning, monitoring and reviews of all workstreams with management
- Managing reporting on business plans, project implementation tracking, issues, risks, new initiatives to senior executive management stakeholders
- Involved in partner alliances identification, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation
- Involved in business development finance for business case preparation and validation with prospective merchant clients, as well as delivering ROI
- Designing and owning the financial business plan including forecasts, budgets, variances
- Responsible for market research, competitive analysis and identifying the latest trends in the consumer engagement, insights, loyalty and marketing space
- Identifying and driving opportunities for strategic partnerships in the industry across product, technology, marketing, commercial, etc.
- Identifying and driving new opportunities for business growth
- Monitoring of KPIs and identifying issues and recommending solutions / opportunities
REPORTING TO Head, Strategy
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 6 - 10 YEARS
Candidate Qualification and skill sets:
- MBA from a premier Tier 1 institute such as IIM/ ISB/ US Ivy Leagues /others
- 6- 10 years of experience in management consulting and/or strategy in a reputed company
- Should have exposure to consumer and technology businesses and functions
- Should have experience in any of the following - digital technology, consumer insights & marketing, program management, strategy design, planning
- Strategic thinker and doer with ability to multi-task, flexibility on changing work priorities
- Financial modelling, commercial and business acumen
- Ability to derive business actionable insights from large datasets
- Experience in managing cross-functional relationships (internal and external)
- Collaborative, positive attitude
- High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership
- Excellent time management skills and sensitivity to deadlines
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Project skills
