General Manager - Production/Planning & Coordination - Textile Business

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Must have exposure in yarn dyeing, weaving & processing large textile mills with minimum 40 million meters per annum.

- Knowledge of direct export to various countries and catering to export garment confectioners, buying houses, global retail chains, domestic brands & fabric traders.

- Knowledge of material planning, predicting production levels at intermediate & final finished products.

- Up keeping OTIFs of each order, controlling line WIPs.

- Be a team player and continuously work towards developing skills of all the team members with a view to increasing productivity on a continuous basis.

Candidate Must :

- Must be a textile graduate with minimum 15 years of relevant reputed textile mills experience

- Age must be around 35 to 40 years

- Handled / lead a large PPC team

- Must be capable of making detailed production schedules for every equipment of yarn dyeing, weaving & processing departments.

- Must be well versed with ERPs & SAPs software's.

- Strategic mind-set and exposure to analytical decision-making processes.

- Cross-functional collaboration.

- Ability to take responsibility and ownership.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
