Sr Mgr/GM production Operations

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Executive director

Team handling : Yes

Educational qualifications required : BE/B Tech mechanical

Experience : min 14-20 years of experience in managing production operations particularly of Greenfield projects.

Preferred industries : FMCG, FMCD, consumer durable, furniture, etc.

Compensation : Open and commensurate with current profile.

Brief synopsis of job responsibility:

- Over see complete manufacturing operations from corporate HO in Mumbai

- Oversee 3 upcoming green field projects

- Lead innovation challenges, Six Sigma & Lean manufacturing techniques

- Analyze and interpret data with the help of statistical techniques and problem solving methodologies

- In charge of production focused mainly on to Works with key stakeholders to develop and implement new product manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies.

- Work with management to develop standards for design to ensure that products meet quality standards.

- Drive quality initiatives

- Continuously evaluating all the aspect of the operations to identify gaps
