General Manager - Production/Inventory & Supply Chain - Telecom Group

Our client a growing telecom company in Chennai are looking for a smart "General Manager - Production, Inventory and Supply Chain " as below

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Manage production of all company manufacturing products

- Manage the supply chain from end-to-end - from Vendor to customer

Deliverables

Production

- Manage the production floor of TLK

- Finalize production plan on a monthly basis

- Plan the various lines required to deliver the production plan

- Manager third party manufacturing vendors with respect to delivery timelines,commercials and Quality

Inventory

- Work with Sales & Commercial to plan inventory required to meet client requirements

- Manage inventory for EOQ, Safety stock and other model to manage down cost of carrying inventory

- Responsible for Inventory Check-in/Check-out processes

Supply Chain:

- Manage the warehouses

- Stocking policy

- Vendor Order Management

- Component sourcing

- Transportation strategy & Cost optimization

Product Certification & Registrations

- CE Certification

- Skype Certification

- DGS&D

- Others as may be identified
