Summary:

- The position will have to consider a geographic perimeter and develop the knowledge in the British Standard areas by analysing NME and Africa markets, following competition, anticipating changes and feed the Road Map, which is under the responsibility of the UI SBU Marketing Manager


- As a Product Manager, the candidate will have to manage their range portfolio and to manage the projects defined in UI SBU Road Map (new ranges and dynamization of existing ones) by defining the marketing specifications, including all components of the marketing mix (offer characteristics, price positioning, market access, communication strategy, commercial support, profitability, volumes).

Qualifications, Role-Specific Knowledge, and Experience:

- MBA (Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred)

- Relevant work experience of 12 - 18 years, leadership roles for 3-5 years

- Strong experience within the sector/ industry in Marketing and/or R&D and or Sales profiles

- Prior work experience in a multinational environment will be an advantage

- Strong project/programme management expertize

- Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications and other digital tools

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (senior stakeholders)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- As a Product Manager, the candidate will have to manage their range portfolio and manage the projects defined in the UI SBU Road Map (new ranges and dynamization of existing ones) by defining the marketing specifications, including all components of the marketing mix and the metaproducts needed, adapted to each persona.

- The candidate will have to consider a geographic perimeter and markets NME, Africa and potentially South East Asia (excluding China and India). He will be responsible of the management of his ranges portfolio on the targeted areas.

- Business trips to Near and Middle East and to Africa will be required

- He should be abroad one week per month on average, with sometimes 15 days in a row, to optimize business trip (e.g., market visits in Africa)

- To ensure proximity market destinations and to the R&D competence center, the candidate will be based in India, and work for international markets served from India.
