Description - This position leads the Procurement & Supply Chain function in India & South East Asia, with the objectives of delivering value in an efficient and effective manner and supporting our growth strategy in the country.

Description:
The primary scope of this position involves continuous Negotiations with the Suppliers & Logistic service Provider to ensure sourcing of all materials & service required for both business division's manufacturing with Cost effectiveness.
Planning for all Imported Material, Vendor Development & Assessment along with Problem resolution will be the essence of the Profile. Interaction with plant engineering and maintenance teams for systematic sourcing of spares and Capex requirements will be an important aspect of the job.
- Ensuring supply chain security through qualification of new and preferably geographically diversified suppliers for raw materials
- Maintaining existing and setting up new strategic outsourcing sourcing partners for saleable goods, together with a quality assurance systems for the same
- Maintaining an efficient warehousing and distribution network across the country
- Participating as a key team member in assessing and establishing new manufacturing / sourcing locations inside the geography
- Supplier relationship management

- Professional courses on Supply chain/material management will be preferred.
