- Leads US Healthcare BU-RCM Business to drive Digital transformation
- Possess deep industry knowledge and Digital transformation strategies specifically around Automation, Analytics and Design Thinking.
- Proposes value-add solutions based on Process Reimagine Elements and with the understanding of client's business needs and obtain agreement
- Demonstrates a keen understanding of the changes in customers' business and adjusts the value proposition accordingly, by maintaining a balance between the interest of the customer and that of Cognizant
- Builds and maintains positive long-lasting strategic relationships that support business goals within, across and outside the organization
- Strategies on resources utilization and operational reduction approaches such as; process optimization, system integration, policy review, forecasting or prioritization
- Builds systems to leverage synergies from different business units/Cross functional teams to deliver to commitments (IPA/Analytics/IT etc.)
- Communicates all relevant information about the business in decision-making forums, ensuring decisions are made in full knowledge of the issues; interact with clients/stakeholders and generates buy-in at overall business level
- Communicates effectively across cultures and with global customers/stakeholders; represents the organization in appropriate forums
- Strategists persuasive and powerful communications around new ideas that are effectively focused on the audience
- Drive realization of target FTE benefit, at BU level
- Both formal and informal coaching of team(s) - both client and internal
- Lead proposal creation including effort estimates for project work, lead pre-sales and post-sales support, lead development of domain collaterals
