General Manager - Process Excellence and Capabilities

As the General Manager of Process Excellence and Capabilities, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, overseeing the implementation of SAP (S4 HANA) from a process perspective, and leading the finance processes for our organization. You will be expected to bring your extensive leadership experience and technical expertise in process optimization, all within the context of the manufacturing industry.

1. Process Optimization: Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality within the record to report, procure to pay, manufacturing, and order to cash processes.

2. SAP Implementation: Drive the successful implementation of SAP, with a focus on S4 HANA, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's process needs and objectives.

3. Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. As a dynamic leader, you will inspire and mentor team members.

4. Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge of financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.

5. System Setup: Be at the forefront of setting up and configuring financial systems and processes as the organization's finance function is established.
