Key tasks & responsibilities

- Presales & Solutioning

- Business & Domain consulting

- Manage key stakeholders- expectations in client organization

- Collaborate inter departments to commercialize the Healthcare solutions

- Result oriented with strong ability to influence & drive in a matrix organization

Key Roles & Responsibilities

As solutions lead for Healthcare services,Healthcare digital transformation, the candidate will be responsible for managing the Payer & Provider solution portfolio - productizing the solution and creating detailed GTM strategy. Theresponsibilities will primarily include:

- Design Solutions on Payer and revenue cycle management for Physician practices,

- Detailed Understanding of Geographic based Regulations, Health systems, Specialist clinics and acute care clinics

- Design Solution on Care management, Claim Analytics,

- Design Solutions on Denial and Appeals Management,Readmission Analytics and management, Population health, Medical device data Analytics, Social media and Payer Market segmentation Ambulatory management, and

- Initiatives in New Business Acquisitions

- Take complete ownerships of Commercial models and IT bills of materials

- Lead Business Transitions

Additionally this role will call for :

- Formulation of business plan & strategy for Healthcare Transformation services

- Analyze the U.S & Europe market and place our services in key focus accounts

- Recommend target accounts in U.S and Europe based on appropriate research, secondary market intelligence and connect

- Create a targeted GTM plan for these services to key accounts & guide the sales team

- Work closely with geo sales team to have our services rolled out rapidly

- Create & manage collaterals, case studies, solution pitches, and brochure pack

- Design proactive proposals for select customers (customized offerings)

- Train BPO sales team & Impact Sales team in these services

- Complete ownership of RFI/RFP activities & providing thought leadership around Healthcare best practices and other Patient Centric initiatives

- Define KPI metrics across different tracks in Payer & Provider domain and create best practice roadmap

- Create solution differentiators, key value propositions and base line KPIs

- Attend bid defiance meetings & sales presentations when necessary

- Participate in Healthcare events as a speaker & author white papers

- Manage transition of new projects with delivery

Goal : Healthcare transformation services is a strategic focus area for (....) Healthcare and the objective is to engage with atleast 4-6 keys accounts in U.S and Europe in this financial year. The idea is to engage in large multimillion deals around different financial and delivery operating model.

There is dedicated sales support for (....) in U.S geo &Europe; this is apart from the already existing IT vertical sales footprint in both these geos.
