- Systems & processes
- Creating Sales & Distribution (DSA/DST/CSA/Modern Trade/MBO's) & ensuring proper dimensioning for each market w.r.t. number and productivity of channel partners in a given territory/branch
- Work closely with Circle Business Heads & ensure target achievement in their respective circles
- CSD & Collection deliverables, process & documentation.
