General Manager - Policy Manager

Note- Experience in Credit Policy Development, Portfolio Risk assessment & monitoring, Policy Making. Handling Pre-Owned Cars, Auto Loans.

Job Purpose

- You will be responsible for developing & maintaining credit policies for POC loan product, ensuring it aligns with the organization's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

- You will play a crucial role in managing credit risk and maintaining a healthy credit portfolio in the POC loan segment.

- You will work closely with various internal/external stakeholders to ensure prudent credit decision-making processes and foster sustainable business growth.

Desired Profile

- Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, economics (Master's preferred), CA, MBA

- Minimum 8 years of experience in mortgage lending space in risk and policy role at a Bank / HFC / Large NBFC; experience in portfolio risk analytics and system automation.

- Good understanding of Indian mortgage lending market.

- Candidate should possess effective communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management capabilities, inclination towards automation and extensive use of analytics.
