- MBA with good experience in managing entire gamut of HR. Experience working in Pharma/Healthcare industry. Exp in Corporate , Sales HR and Plant HR.
- Formulate HR Framework policies and HR Systems
- Driving Engagements and Culture building
- Learning and Development- Evolve a Competency framework for all levels of jobs across functions involving both the On-roll managers and staff and the off-roll on-contract or daily wage workers and thereby identify the gaps to be addressed as per priority
- Performance Management -Evolve a robust Performance management system by driving various elements of the appraisal system from the top
- Compensation and Benefits- Apply the best practices of developing a good Compensation & Benefits policy and structure which helps in attracting best talent and retaining them.
- Strategic HR and Business Support - Evolve strategies in HR framework and policies which will support being more flexible and agile as an organization.
- IR Related Understanding-
- Possessing strong inter-personal skills to be able to strike excellent relationships.
