Resource Management:

- Optimize use of raw materials, labor, and equipment. Manage budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulation compliance. Promote a culture of safety and develop safety policies.

Continuous Improvement:

- Drive initiatives to enhance operations using lean manufacturing principles. Monitor KPIs to identify improvement areas.

Stakeholder Management:
