General Manager - Plant Maintenance - Tyre Manufacturer Firm

One of the leading tyre manufacturing company is looking for General Manager Maintenance

Position objective : To Control and Coordinate Plant Maintenance functions from the Corporate level.

KRA :

- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

- Carry out inspection of the Plant facilities to identify and resolve issues.

- Plan and oversee all Major repair activities in plant.

- Monitor Repair expenses and controls the maintenance budget .

- Monitor Spares consumption and control Spares Inventory .

- Review plant maintenance logs and report on plant major activities.

- To implement Cost Saving initiatives to bring down energy consumption and costs.

Requirement :

- Minimum experience of five years as head of Maintenance.

- Experience and planning maintenance operations.

- Relevant experience of Developing and implementation of maintenance practice and systems like Preventive, Condition-based, Predictive.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Overall 20 plus years of experience.

Qualification :

- Graduate/PostGraduate Engineer in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

- Preferred a Valid certified Maintenance Managers CMM.

Experience :

- Min 20 years of experience, of which 7 years as head of Maintenance from reputed Manufacturing or Process Company.
